    This place is just open and they have best the service in bay area so far . The girl here very friendly and they willing to help you if you are first timer (; I have no complain about this place . The food here was delicous .

    Despite signs they allow customers to smoke inside. I visited it after 10pm to eat sth. Menu was in Vietnamese only. Waitress dressed in tight dress recommended some soup I hot pot which I agreed to. Turns out waitresses here keep you company in exchange for drinks. I wasn't interested. Soup looked like Pho. It was very good and enough for 2 or 3. I asked for water too and was brought bottled one. The bill was $48. Too much for that food, ambiance and air. Waitresses are hard to get attention of as are busy laughing at jokes of Vietnamese dudes buying them drinks.

    Mistakenly came here thinking that this is part of the Hong Kong cafe chain by the same name. I have nothing against this place, but just know that this is a smoky, dark Vietnamese cafe with THOSE kinds of services and NOT a Hong Kong tea place that serves pork and preserved egg porridge or Spam ramen.
